Cobblestone is a large property manager in Denmark employing hundreds of employees, many of whom cannot work from home.

Currently, the office is mostly empty, but that is because employees are actively taking turns in performing tasks they cannot do from home. Using Spaceti’s real-time map, employees can see the current occupation and take turns being at work without endangering one another.

The Danish government placed additional limits on how many people can be in a room together. Though the Spaceti mobile app, employees can book and manage their parking space, meeting room, and desk reservations according to current occupancy and social distancing policies. Cobblestone is asking their employees to book workspaces for a set period (ranging from half a day to multiple days). Our booking system gives employees certainty that they have a specific seat they can work at without endangering each other.
