Project objectives
Indoor air quality
The installation of Indoor Air Quality measurement sensors to provide factual and contextualized elements on the temperature, the humidity level and especially the CO2 level in the offices.
Occupancy management
The installation of occupancy measurement sensors, particularly in meeting rooms to understand whether their size corresponds to the actual usage.
HVAC improvement
The reports drawn up by Spaceti provide data which have made it possible in particular to detect and remedy anomalies or malfunctions in certain ventilation systems.
Results of the cooperation
Spaceti with its local partner Tech For Buildings have set up on several sites of the Dassault Systèmes Group in France. Pierre Canali, EUROWEST Real-Estate Senior Manager, wanted to gather valuable data on real estate performance, and therefore implemented Spaceti’s suite of solutions . The implementation was carried out in several stages starting from the pilot. Going into the future, the Group now plans to extend these measurements internationally and add new measurements, such as sound level.
