Results of the cooperation
Spaceti collaborated with Notino during a period of rapid company growth, when Notino was preparing to move into a new headquarters in Brno. The cooperation began in late 2022, with Spaceti implemented in Notino’s existing offices to support hybrid work, manage capacity, and collect real workplace data. These insights played a key role in shaping the design and layout of the new 12,776 m² headquarters.
Today, Spaceti forms the foundation of everyday workplace operations in Notino’s new HQ, enabling smart desk and meeting room booking, workplace services, and AI-powered analytics that help teams work more efficiently while giving facility managers continuous visibility into space usage and performance.
