Spaceti and SALTO KS in a New Technology Partnership!

Founded in 2016, Spaceti's Holistic Building Experience Platform is used by both landlords and occupiers to enhance the building experience for users and manage all their data in one place. Spaceti was the first-place winner in the prestigious Worldwide Proptech startup competition by MIPIM in 2019. Spaceti offers adaptability and scalability with a range of flexible, interoperable modules, allowing clients to customize solutions based on their key organizational priorities. Today, it operates in over 200 workplaces with global coverage and localized partner support.

We are excited to announce that Spaceti has become a technology partner with SALTO KS. By integrating with the cloud-based access control solution SALTO Keys as a Service, Spaceti users can reserve meeting rooms through the Spaceti Booking System and automatically receive access for the reserved times and days.

SALTO took this opportunity to ask Spaceti's CTO & Co-founder, Ondrej Plevka, about the integration possibilities and his vision for the future:

Spaceti offers a Holistic Building Experience platform and works with clients to realize their smart building development vision. Can you give us an example of how this works?

The example has three levels of human interaction with the smart building:

• Passive: We collect data from sensors on occupancy, air quality, or energy consumption and display it in real-time or process it in our historical analytics tool.
• Active: Users can book spaces (workspaces, meeting rooms, parking spaces), access building services, and engage with social features like Newsfeed or Events.
• Interactive: Users can open doors via their phones based on static access or dynamic booking. They can also interact with smart lockers, share access, and even call elevators from their phones.

How do you help companies enhance their use of space over time?

We provide a Workplace Analytics solution that enables companies to enhance workplace performance by optimizing space usage. Our solutions help companies become more flexible and responsive to future changes by analyzing office layouts, space utilization per department, and employee preferences.

What would be the ideal digital infrastructure for a company, according to Spaceti?

The ideal digital infrastructure should support modern, secure APIs, allowing each system to function as a building block. It should connect to the cloud, adapt to changes, and maximize data value while integrating internal and external systems.

Spaceti's data-driven approach helps companies convert vacant areas into flexible workspaces that meet tenant and employee needs. By identifying underutilized spaces, we enable their transformation into coworking spaces, coffee shops, or even recording studios.
