By submitting the registration form in Dashboard or Mobile app, you grant to us, in your consent with the processing of personal data provided in compliance with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, for the Purposes (as defined below).
We are obliged to protect all and any data acquired during registration, in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, we may be legally required to provide the data we collect and process to (i) state administrative authorities, (ii) courts, (iii) law enforcement authorities, etc. in cases of compelled disclosure. The provision of data is voluntary. The consent is given for the duration of your registration in the Service.
In the case of your registration (creating your user account) to Dashboard or Mobile app, we record your name, e-mail, and password in an encrypted form and a personal picture (photo) of you (not obligatory).
If you are using the Booking functionality, we record the type of booking and information about who and when created the booking. If you are using the Smart Lockers functionality, we record the locker’s usage data. If you are using the Indoor Localization functionality and you are in the monitored building, we record your actual indoor location based on Spaceti Location sensors. Also, user-created content (newsfeed posts, pictures, events created, …) can be understood as personal data in some scenarios.

Anonymized personal data are further used for maintenance reports, space utilization suggestions, space usage analytics, and other types of reports related to the monitored buildings.
Our data processing is fully consistent with the GDPR as we implement a variety of technical and organizational security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks protected by up-to-date antivirus software with password-protected access to the storage and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We believe that we have appropriate security controls in place to protect your personal data.

Cookies are small data files, which enable visited websites to remember operations and settings performed by individual users therefore it is not necessary to enter the data repeatedly. The right to be informed
